Jeroen is a specialist in the transparency of IT costs. As a result of long term experience within IT and Business Control, he speaks the language of both worlds and knows how to connect these worlds. Based on customized IT cost management models he builds relationships between IT processes (ITIL, Cobit, ASL, BISL) and products the customer actually understands. He also knows how to connect IT and business processes in such a way that added value can actually be measured.
